Zalia joined Schoolhouse in the Spring of 2025. She is passionate about cooking dishes from around the world and works hard to learn about the cultures they come from. She loves passing on her knowledge to students at Schoolhouse, so they leave knowing more about the cultures and histories of foods. Zalia has a background in teaching students improv and theater arts, and loves to incorporate games and silliness into her classes. When she’s not cooking, you can find Zalia doing improv, reading, and cross-stitching.
