Welcome to our kitchen rental space, conveniently located on the ground floor at 4410 N Milwaukee Avenue. Whether you're hosting a pop-up, filming content, teaching a class, or prepping for an event, our fully equipped kitchen is ready to support your needs.

Information About the Space

We are located at 4410 N Milwaukee Avenue on the ground floor- no stairs/1 bathroom. There is metered parking out front and free parking on side streets. You are welcome to use our kitchenware and serving ware. A list of available items can be sent upon request. Staff will welcome you and will be on site during your rental in the back office to answer any questions.

Cancellation Notice Requirements
• Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date will receive a refund of all fees paid - $25 admin fee. 

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund - $25 admin fee. 

• No Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
